About the Role
This is a permanent employment opportunity in the banking sector with HDFC Bank Limited. The position is designated as Assistant Sales Manager within the Direct Channel segment, focused on banking sales management through assigned bank branches and associated tie-up banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage banca sales operations in designated bank branches.
- Maintain and handle relationships with partner tie-up banks.
- Convert leads provided by the company into sales success.
- Engage and serve walk-in customers directly.
- Perform cross-selling of various banking products to customers.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualification: Graduate degree mandatory.
