About the Role
This is a permanent, on-roll position in the banking sector with a reputed institution. The role is based at the main branch, focusing on building and maintaining customer relationships through direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with and manage walk-in customers at the branch to understand their needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer profiles and financial needs.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Profile
- Must have completed graduation.
