About Gourmet Food Parlour & Role Overview
Gourmet Food Parlour invites a motivated and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Santry restaurant team. This role is ideal for a team-oriented leader passionate about fostering a positive environment for customers and team members alike. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functioning and coordination of restaurant operations.
- Manage financial aspects related to the restaurant's performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Maintain and monitor stock inventory levels efficiently.
- Organize employee schedules to optimize staffing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise adherence to HACCP and hygiene cleaning protocols.
- Lead, supervise, and nurture the development of team members.
- Strengthen the restaurant's brand presence.
- Communicate regularly with the operations and reservations departments.
- Collaborate with key clients to ensure flawless execution of reservations and events.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong expertise in meeting KPIs and managing team performance effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene standards and HACCP practices.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and capacity to learn new software systems.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a customer-centric management approach.
- Ability to multitask and independently handle store operations.
- Problem-solving skills and clear, concise communication are essential.
