Job Summary
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist in overseeing the complete Food & Beverage operations at the resort, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction, enhance team performance, and achieve strong business outcomes. You will promote exceptional guest experiences, uphold a safe and hygienic work environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings. This role involves fostering a collaborative team environment, ensuring prompt and courteous service aligned with brand standards, managing daily team relations, and empowering staff to solve problems through effective training.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
