Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and guiding a dedicated team.
- Work closely with your crew, establishing the pace and energy throughout each shift.
- Mentor team members to consistently provide the unique Nando’s customer experience to both new guests and loyal patrons.
- Maintain an energetic and positive operational environment to keep shifts engaging and successful.
