About the Role
2026 marks an exciting phase for Grill'd, with plans for expansion including new restaurant launches and an enhanced Drive Thru presence across Australia. As part of this growth, we are looking for energetic Assistant Restaurant Managers who thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a brand scaling rapidly while creating outstanding experiences for guests and empowering team members.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead and motivate a passionate team.
- Engage hands-on in daily operations, ensuring smooth shift execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality to deliver exceptional dining experiences consistently.
- Achieve business targets, facilitate team performance growth, and celebrate team successes.
- Coach staff across all station functions to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Oversee safety protocols, operational quality, and overall management with attention to detail.
