Role Overview
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding the front-of-house team and ensuring consistently warm and confident service. Your contribution will support the Restaurant Manager with overall restaurant operations, team development, and maintaining exceptional service standards while being an approachable, hands-on leader during active service hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Leading shifts on the floor, establishing service standards and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Coaching, motivating, and nurturing the growth of front-of-house staff.
- Ensuring an outstanding guest experience, professionally managing feedback.
- Coordinating closely with kitchen, bar, and reservation teams to ensure seamless service flow.
- Supporting recruitment efforts, employee training, and career progression within the team.

- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager within a quality dining establishment.
- A confident and people-oriented leader who thrives working on the floor.
- Calm, organized, and adept at finding solutions under pressure.
