Job Summary

We seek a driven Research Engineer to join our team in creating and validating a digitalized system that offers advanced geotechnical engineering solutions. This research-focused role requires time divided between lab/office for data processing and analysis, and sites for field trials along with system calibration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and pinpoint technical gaps in the field.
• Organize and carry out field trials at designated locations to gather data.
• Analyze data and develop reliable correlation models for validation.
• Work alongside software developers to build and test a server-hosted online monitoring platform.
• Compile detailed technical reports, provide regular progress updates, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) plus user manuals.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm for geotechnical engineering, site investigations, and digital monitoring technologies.
• Skills needed include data processing, statistical analysis, and proficient technical report writing.
• Should be capable and willing to work in both field settings for trials and data collection, and office environments for data analysis and collaboration on platform development.
