Role Overview
As an Equipment Engineer in the Diffusion team comprising 8 to 10 members, you will play a critical role in maintaining the performance, reliability, and quality of production equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Process, Operations, Project Management, and Quality teams to resolve issues. Additionally, you will lead projects aimed at improving cost efficiency and productivity, engaging with team members from multiple nationalities.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Design and develop solutions to enhance equipment robustness and reliability, ensuring optimal performance aligned with established KPIs while adhering to safety standards.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills for troubleshooting and repairing equipment effectively.
- Participate actively in the installation and commissioning of new equipment alongside vendors.
- Implement real-time monitoring of equipment performance by utilizing sensors integrated with microcontrollers such as STM32 and Raspberry Pi as part of Fault Detection and Control (FDC) systems.
- Deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Internet of Things (IoT), or Network Engineering.
- Experience managing projects involving sensors, real-time monitoring systems, and alarm mechanisms.
