About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the management of a single store, including hiring, supervising, and guiding associates to hit financial targets and deliver outstanding guest service experiences. You'll play a vital role in your store's success, backed by over three weeks of store leadership training.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Flexibility to relocate to any store within a 50-mile radius from your home.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business requirements.
- Serve Safe certification in Food Safety standards.
Working Conditions (ADA Statement)
The role involves standing for up to four hours, working in environments exposed to steam, high noise, and limited space. Tasks include preparing hot and cold food items using specialized kitchen tools, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic conditions while maintaining clear communication and conflict management skills.
