Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties involve recruiting, directing, and supervising team members to meet financial objectives while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for the overall success of your store. Comprehensive store leadership training lasting three or more weeks will be provided to equip you for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of current residence if necessary
• Availability to work varied schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
• Certified in Serve Safe food safety practices

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work setting typically includes exposure to heated areas with steam and food vapors, standing for extended periods, handling kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work involves fast-paced, noisy environments with restricted workspace and high shelving. Effective verbal communication, conflict management, and adaptability to shifting priorities are essential.

Compensation Details

The hourly pay range for this role is $29 to $32, varying by location and experience. Bonuses are discretionary with no guaranteed amounts and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time.
