About the Role
Join Panda Express as an Assistant Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of a single store. This position involves overseeing hiring, leading and guiding associates to reach financial objectives, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. To set you up for success, a comprehensive leadership training program lasting three weeks or more will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of store operations including hiring, managing, and directing staff.
- Lead the team to achieve financial goals and maintain high standards of guest experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma mandatory.
- Flexibility to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius from your home.
- Availability to work varied shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
- Food safety certification such as Serve Safe required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and high noise levels.
- Strong verbal communication skills and conflict management capabilities.
