About the Role
Panda Restaurant Group, a leading family-owned American Chinese dining concept, is seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers at their Sioux Falls, SD location. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, assisting with hiring, managing team performance, and driving financial success while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Training and mentorship are provided to help you excel in this leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support store operations and help achieve financial objectives.
- Hire, supervise, and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
- Participate in a multi-week paid leadership training program to prepare for success.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of current residence.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Certification in Food Safety: Serve Safe required.
- Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., use kitchen tools safely, and operate in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment.
- Strong verbal communication and adaptability for dynamic work conditions.
