About the Role
As a Shift Leader at Panda Restaurant Group in Milledgeville, GA, you will play a vital leadership role supporting management and ensuring a positive experience for customers. You will manage store operations during shifts, lead the team, and help create Panda's inviting atmosphere through food preparation, heartful service, and welcoming ambiance.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education: some high school coursework completed.
- Preferred: prior experience in operations.
- Comply with local food safety regulations, including mandatory Food Handler certification obtained independently.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand extended periods (up to four hours), and work in a fast-paced, often noisy kitchen environment.
- Skills needed include effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict resolution.
- Physical demands include working with kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives, handling hot food and steam, and reaching across counters.
