About the Role

As a Shift Leader at Panda Restaurant Group in Milledgeville, GA, you will play a vital leadership role supporting management and ensuring a positive experience for customers. Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: some high school coursework completed.
• Preferred: prior experience in operations.
• Comply with local food safety regulations, including mandatory Food Handler certification obtained independently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand extended periods (up to four hours), and work in a fast-paced, often noisy kitchen environment.
• Skills needed include effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict resolution.
• Physical demands include working with kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives, handling hot food and steam, and reaching across counters.
