Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the delivery of enterprise-level technical services to the business, utilizing innovative technology and updated processes to ensure timely and accurate outputs for diverse complexities.
• Oversee the review of annual financial statements prepared by junior staff, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to accounting and taxation standards.
• Engage with more complex group assignments when necessary and guide junior team members in prioritizing their work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to fostering a high-performance, innovative team culture focused on technical accounting excellence.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, identifying training and developmental needs.
• Recognize and develop business opportunities, nurturing important client relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of four years’ experience in professional accounting compliance.
• Hold membership in CA ANZ, CPA, or an equivalent overseas professional accounting body.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting software.
• Experienced in mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
• Exhibit strong communication, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a professional attitude with a strong focus on client service.
