Role Overview
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, onsite position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position supports the daily operations of the spa, which includes supervising staff, organizing service schedules, and maintaining a consistently excellent guest experience aligned with the brand’s standards. The Assistant Manager contributes to onboarding, continuous training, and performance management of the team, while fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa activities and provide leadership to team members.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high-quality guest service and promptly address inquiries and concerns.
- Support staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborate on marketing efforts and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail operations with supervisory capabilities.
- Effective people management including team supervision, coaching, and scheduling.
- Strong guest relations skills focused on personalized, high-end service delivery.
- Basic administrative abilities encompassing reporting and service coordination.
- Supportive of marketing and sales initiatives such as promoting packages and loyalty programs.
- Knowledge or keen interest in spa beauty services and wellness trends is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Capability to work onsite in a dynamic, customer-centric environment with flexibility for weekends and peak periods.
- Previous experience in assistant managerial or supervisory roles, supported by education in hospitality, business, or similar disciplines.
