Assistant Manager - Gen AI Data Scientist

Job Overview

This position involves cutting-edge research and analysis of Generative AI methodologies to enhance prompt generation models and algorithms. The role requires the use of large language models (LLMs) from open-source frameworks and optimizing hyper-parameters to tailor prompts to organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques to improve prompt generation.
• Utilize open-source LLMs and perform hyper-parameter tuning for prompt configuration specific to business requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for various applications.
• Conduct experiments and analyze generated data to provide meaningful insights aimed at enhancing model performance and prompt effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong problem-solving aptitude complemented with expertise in Machine Learning and Python programming.
• Advanced skills in statistical data analysis and proven experience creating machine learning models.
• Preferred background in the Insurance sector.
• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering with OpenAI and Anthropic models.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Python developer.
• Proficient with sophisticated machine learning algorithms, Excel, and relational databases including SQL and PLSQL.
• Strong data gathering, research, and analytical skills to draw insights and generate effective solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, Cloud Watch, and Cloud Front is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and Jira is considered a bonus.
