Job Overview
The Assistant Manager position at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants serves as the primary on-site leader under the General Manager. This role is pivotal in driving daily operations that enhance sales, maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and uphold the quality of all products served.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with the General Manager in overall restaurant management.
- Lead daily operational activities focusing on financial performance and customer service excellence.
- Oversee and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity within the quick service restaurant sector.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and advance professionally within the organization.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
