Purpose of Role

At Checkers & Rally’s, the Team Member plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience for Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. Members of the Corporate Field Operations team strive to make the restaurant the preferred destination for guests by delivering exceptional service and quick, high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales and profitability by ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
• Report any guest concerns or suggestions to the General Manager promptly.
• Recognize and address guest needs effectively.
• Complete cross-training and gain certification in various restaurant positions.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maximize satisfaction for both guests and employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all employees and customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in guest service or food preparation.
• Basic proficiency with math.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts.
• High energy level suitable for a fast-paced work environment.
• Dedication to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Food Safety Certification.
