Job description
Role Overview
The General Manager serves as the leader of a restaurant location, playing a vital role in steering the success of the individual establishment. The core focus areas include achieving sales objectives, ensuring high employee performance, adhering to company standards and procedures, and leveraging operational systems to enhance profitability, guest satisfaction, and team growth. The General Manager reports directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a managerial role.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a Quick Service Restaurant environment is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
