Role Overview
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager and acts as the everyday leader within the restaurant. This role emphasizes driving sales growth, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, maintaining impeccable restaurant cleanliness, and upholding top product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Lead the team in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and restaurant presentation.
- Ensure quality control of food products served to customers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role within the quick service restaurant industry.
- Completion of high school education is required.
- A genuine motivation to learn new skills and progress professionally within the business.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
