Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales and profits through promoting guest satisfaction.
• Report any issues or suggestions to the General Manager promptly.
• Recognize and meet the needs of guests effectively.
• Complete cross-training and certifications across multiple job functions.
• Follow company policies and procedures to optimize guest and employee satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for both employees and guests.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in guest service or food preparation.
• Proficient basic math skills.
• Capability to work flexible schedules, including extended hours.
• High energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Food Safety Certification.
