Role Overview
The Assistant Manager in Field Work Auditing is responsible for managing the claim verification process from start to finish once a request is received from the company. This involves detailed analysis and enhancement of claim triggers to develop tailored questionnaires that guide field investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine claim verification requests thoroughly to identify and create additional or refined triggers.
- Develop customized questionnaires aligned with identified triggers to prepare for field investigations.
- Assign claims to field officers for conducting investigations.
- Supervise and support field officers, ensuring investigations follow established triggers and protocols.
- Collect and review daily progress and updates from field teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of investigation updates within organizational data systems.
