Role Overview and Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager of Community Mobilization, you will be responsible for designing and executing community engagement strategies that align with project goals. Your tasks will include organizing awareness initiatives, conducting interactive sessions such as workshops and meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between the project team and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and carry out plans for mobilizing community involvement to facilitate project implementation.
• Lead awareness campaigns, conduct workshops, and hold meetings to educate and involve local communities.
• Serve as an intermediary ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various community stakeholders.
• Identify and maintain relationships with key community influencers and contacts.
• Monitor and record details of community engagements and participation rates.
• Compile and submit regular reports summarizing community-level interactions, challenges faced, and suggested improvements.
• Assist in tracking social impact and ensure project compliance with all relevant social guidelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve community concerns, grievances, and collect feedback.
