Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of a single restaurant location. This includes leadership duties such as hiring, managing, and directing team members to meet financial targets and ensure superior guest satisfaction. You will receive over three weeks of paid store leadership training and ongoing mentorship to prepare you for success and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, supervising, and guiding restaurant staff to meet performance goals.
• Support achievement of financial objectives for the store.
• Promote and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Participate in a comprehensive store leadership training program to develop management skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home to different store locations if needed.
• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts responsive to business demands.
• Food safety certification with Serve Safe is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives.
• Strong verbal communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and competency in handling conflict effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage between $23 and $26, depending on location and experience.
