About the Role

Key Accountabilities

• Lead by example to maximize store performance with outstanding customer experience.
• Deliver customer service that is responsive and personalized while ensuring attractive merchandise display and operational compliance.
• Maintain sound operational practices involving company policies, loss prevention, payroll, documentation, and scheduling.
• Recruit, develop, and train passionate shoe enthusiasts to strengthen the team.
• Champion company values including Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, and Authenticity to reinforce The Shoe Co. brand.
• Create and execute flexible business strategies to meet store objectives.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and adaptive change within store and district levels.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with the Store Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated success meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Comfortable using computers including e-mail and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment without compromising customer service quality.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive retail supervisory experience required.
• Availability to work day, closing, and weekend shifts.

Additional Information
