About the Role
Panda Express is seeking dedicated leaders to join our store management team. We are highly committed to nurturing the personal and professional growth of our team members by providing paid leadership training, active mentorship, and continuous support from a caring community.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the management of a single restaurant location, including recruiting, directing, and overseeing team members to meet financial objectives while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You are responsible for driving the success of your store.
Training and Development
You will receive over three weeks of paid leadership training to equip you for your responsibilities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current home
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business demands
- Food Safety certification: Serve Safe
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
The role requires standing for extended periods, working in hot kitchen environments with exposure to steam and food vapors, operating kitchen tools such as knives, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Employees must manage fast-paced workflows, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and handle conflict professionally.
