Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining uniform service quality across all shifts. Manage escalated guest complaints ensuring swift and effective solutions. Continuously monitor service benchmarks, customer feedback, and upselling metrics to boost both satisfaction and revenue. Rigorously enforce brand SOPs, service protocols, and guest engagement standards.

Hygiene, Safety, and Regulatory Adherence

Guarantee full compliance with FSSAI regulations, hygiene requirements, and brand food safety procedures. Perform and evaluate hygiene, sanitation, and safety audits throughout the store. Promptly execute corrective measures for any identified compliance issues. Train shift managers and team members on best practices concerning food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Operations and Shift Management

Supervise daily store operations to ensure seamless functioning. Provide guidance to shift managers and staff during busy and regular periods. Maintain constant product availability, equipment functionality, and overall operational readiness.

Inventory, Cash Handling, and Reporting

Analyze daily sales data, cash reconciliation, and variance reports. Oversee inventory stock levels, movement, waste minimization, and theft prevention. Collaborate in conducting internal and external audits, stock verifications, and reconciliations. Ensure timely and precise submission of operational, financial, and compliance documentation.

Team Leadership

Assist in workforce planning, scheduling shifts, and effective staff allocation. Deliver hands-on training and periodic refresher programs to team members.

Business Performance

Contribute towards meeting sales goals, controlling costs, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
