About the Role

Join Panda Express as an Assistant Manager and become part of a leading family-owned Asian restaurant group committed to the growth and success of our associates. You will support the daily operations of a store, including hiring, managing, and guiding team members to meet financial targets and provide outstanding customer service. To prepare you, we offer over three weeks of comprehensive store leadership training and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive store operations management to ensure smooth function and success
• Lead recruitment, training, and direction of store associates to achieve business goals
• Ensure delivery of excellent guest experiences consistently
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet store financial objectives
• Adapt to flexible schedules including opening, closing, weekends, holidays as business demands

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Serve Safe certification for food safety compliance is required
• Ability and willingness to relocate within 50 miles radius of home as needed
• Flexible availability to cover shifts during various hours including evenings and holidays
• Strong verbal communication, conflict management abilities, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours), lift 50 pounds, and maneuver in a restricted kitchen workspace with high noise levels and temperature variations
