Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing store operations, including daily opening and closing tasks.
• Help with merchandise displays to maintain visual appeal.
• Support store management activities and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to create attractive merchandise presentations.
• Basic knowledge of computer usage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Reliable and trustworthy character.
• Previous work references.
• Some prior management experience is preferred.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The role is hourly with a typical workweek of 40-48 hours. Hours usually run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including closing the store two nights each week and working every other Saturday. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with Sunday off. The starting pay range for full-time employees is $20.15 to $21.15 per hour.
