Floor Technician - Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in physically demanding tasks involving frequent bending, lifting, and handling of heavy materials.
• Utilize and operate floor maintenance machinery, with prior floor tech experience considered advantageous.
• Handle and lift substantial containers containing wax and cleaning agents.
• Perform maintenance on both carpeted and tiled surfaces, including vacuuming, sweeping, polishing, and mopping hard floors.
• Carry out cleaning duties for carpets and rugs using vacuum equipment.
• Demonstrate willingness to acquire new cleaning techniques and operate different types of cleaning equipment.
• Adapt and modify work procedures to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Exhibit dependable attendance and a dedicated work ethic.
