Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the management of a single store, overseeing associate hiring, guiding team performance to meet financial objectives, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Qualifications
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of current residence if required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Food safety certification such as Serve Safe
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The role involves working in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments with steam, food vapors, and noise. Tasks include preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, standing for long durations, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching across 36-inch counters. Effective verbal communication and adaptability in dynamic settings are essential. Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations professionally is required.
