Assistant Manager Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties encompass recruiting, supervising, and guiding team members to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest service. Your leadership will be key to the store's success. To ready you for this, we offer a comprehensive store leadership training lasting three weeks or more.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a high school diploma
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your current residence to a different store if necessary
• Availability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business demands
• Certification in Food Safety with Serve Safe credentials

Work Environment and Physical Requirements (ADA Statement)

Work involves standing for extended periods and operating in hot, steamy environments typical of kitchen areas. Tasks include preparing hot and cold meals, using specialized tools such as a Chinese cook knife, and working swiftly with accuracy. The role demands lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters. The kitchen environment is noisy with limited storage and high shelving. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and managing conflicts professionally are vital.

Compensation Information

Hourly wage ranges from $23 to $26, determined by factors like location and experience. While bonus incentives are available, they are not guaranteed, and the company reserves the right to amend bonus programs at its discretion.
