Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will help oversee a single store's operations by managing hiring, guiding associates, achieving financial targets, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. You will be equipped for success through a minimum 3-week store leadership training program.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius if necessary.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe food safety certification mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, working in hot, fast-paced, and noisy kitchen environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing priorities, handling difficult situations professionally.
