Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing daily operations at a single store. Your duties will include recruiting, overseeing, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring excellent guest service. You will be equipped for success through a training program lasting three or more weeks focused on store leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Ability and willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business demands
• Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe)

Physical and Work Environment Considerations (ADA Statement)

The role requires handling hot food and working in spaces with steam and food vapors, often standing for extended periods (up to four hours). You will need to operate kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives and lift up to 50 pounds. The kitchen environment is typically hot and noisy with limited storage and shelving at heights. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments, and conflict management skills are necessary.

Compensation Details

The pay for this position ranges from $26 to $29 per hour. Individual pay rates depend on factors such as work location and experience. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and may be modified or terminated at company's discretion.
