Role Purpose and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a labor demand plan collaboratively with Industrial Engineering to support production targets.
• Work closely with Human Resources to streamline recruitment efforts, ensuring manpower requirements for production are met timely.
• Design and implement employee skill development and training initiatives to improve workforce capabilities continually.
• Manage and monitor employee attendance comprehensively to sustain a stable and reliable production workforce.
• Oversee allocation and management of the buffer team to efficiently address variable labor needs throughout the plant.
