Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional food quality, timely service, and superior guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with General Manager to develop effective business plans and achieve performance targets
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP), health & safety protocols, and employment laws
- Lead by example to maintain high standards and motivate the team
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests and staff
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent while nurturing future leaders
- Maintain a lively work atmosphere that encourages energy and productivity
- Assume General Manager duties when required and pursue ongoing personal and professional development
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Assistant or General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual setting
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching, team development, and performance management
- Driven by ambition and eager for career advancement
- Experienced in achieving sales goals, managing profit and loss, and controlling operational costs
- Proficient in labour scheduling, stock control, and inventory management systems
- Committed to maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
