Role Overview

Are you skilled at managing profit and loss, overseeing gross profit, and safeguarding the financial health of a business? Join us as an Assistant General Manager working alongside your General Manager to bring the restaurant's business strategy to fruition. You’ll be responsible for achieving excellent results, ensuring strict compliance and safety standards, and inspiring your team to perform at their best every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as an integral part of the restaurant management team, collaborating closely with the General Manager to steer the team, achieve performance goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Motivate and energize your team on every shift, driving engagement and delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience.
• Analyze performance data, trends, and commercial insights to boost sales, enhance profitability, and optimize restaurant operations.
• Focus on recruiting talented people, fostering their growth, and cultivating a workplace culture where staff feel appreciated, supported, and motivated.
• Utilize budgeting, forecasting, and labor management to maintain financial balance.
• Champion exceptional customer service, driven by a commitment to serve the highest quality PERi-PERi every time.
• Demonstrate a continuous desire to learn, develop, and embrace challenges within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Identify and nurture emerging talent within your team to build future leaders.
• Ensure an outstanding customer journey across all service channels including Eat-in, Collect, and Delivery, maintaining the Nando's standard at every touchpoint.

Salary: €40,113 - €43,113 per year
