Role Overview

The Assistant position is a full-time, on-location role based in South Delhi. This role involves supporting daily store functions such as greeting and assisting customers, responding to routine inquiries, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and helping with stock management. The assistant will also perform basic record-keeping or data entry, collaborate with senior staff on merchandising and display preparations, and assist with order processing and billing tasks. Ensuring compliance with store policies and contributing positively to the customer experience are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Capability to manage day-to-day store duties including customer support, paperwork, and team coordination.
• Effective organizational skills and keen attention to detail in inventory management and workspace upkeep.
• Proficient communication in English and the local language for engagement with customers and teammates.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations such as data entry and POS or billing systems, with readiness to learn new technology.
• Dependability, timely attendance, and a professional demeanor suitable for an on-site retail role.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform routine tasks like lifting light items, adhering to safety protocols.
