Team and Reporting
As Assistant Chief Butler at Rosewood Red Sea, you’ll be integral to the Front Services team, directly reporting to the Chief Butler and assisting with the daily leadership of the Butler department. Collaboration with teams such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Transportation, and Concierge will be key to delivering a flawless, personalized luxury guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations and provide leadership to the Butler team to guarantee exceptional guest service at every interaction.
- Establish and nurture strong guest relationships through personalized, seamless, and anticipatory service across each stay.
- Conduct inspections of suites and villas to ensure adherence to guest preferences, amenities, and quality standards.
- Lead daily team briefings and support training programs to enhance team skills and uphold service excellence.
- Collaborate thoroughly with other operational departments to flawlessly execute guest requests and customized experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction proactively, addressing opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury hospitality with a passion for delivering highly personalized guest service.
- Natural leadership abilities, enjoying coaching and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Confident communicator who can build strong interdepartmental relationships and rapport with guests.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience management.
