Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of bid processes from initial qualification through submission and activities after tenders.
- Assist lead bid managers on significant pursuit projects.
- Analyze tender documents and create compliance charts, response strategies, and bid schedules.
- Lead project kickoff sessions, brainstorming workshops, bid reviews, and governance procedures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and contributions from technical, commercial, legal, and operational departments to guarantee compliance and timely delivery of bids.
- Develop and refine bid materials including narratives, CVs, and project summaries to ensure compliance, client focus, and persuasive impact.
- Handle clarifications related to tenders and orchestrate client query responses.
- Manage client tender portals and oversee the electronic submission of bids.
- Ensure completion of governance checks, necessary authorizations, and final approvals.
- Keep track of incoming bids via a centralized inbox and maintain an updated opportunity pipeline.
- Maintain the content hub related to work winning within Mace.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling several bid opportunities simultaneously.
- Exhibit a proactive approach towards self-growth and ongoing enhancement of skills.
- Participate actively in the Mace global pursuits network through meetings, workshops, and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in bid management roles.
- Previous exposure to bid management in the Middle East region.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign software.
- APMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
