This Senior Lifting Manager role offers the chance to contribute to one of Saudi Arabia's largest programmes, involving a vast mixed-use development that includes sports, entertainment, arts facilities, and related infrastructure. Mace is a key delivery partner seeking skilled and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams through all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics strategy for the production, transportation, storage, and installation of large-scale modular units, prefabricated structures, and construction pods across the entire programme.
• Manage logistics lifecycle end-to-end, from off-site fabrication to final on-site assembly, ensuring alignment with programme milestones and construction sequencing.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, handle changes, and ensure project success.
• Establish and sustain strong supply chain relationships to enhance performance, productivity, and value.
• Supervise movement of oversized, heavy, and abnormal loads, including route planning, transport permits, marine transportation (if applicable), escort needs, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate timely responses to RFIs, Early Warning Notices, and project control documents to mitigate risks and support informed decisions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, wellbeing, environmental, and legal regulations, fostering a positive safety culture on site.
• Oversee logistics, plant and equipment management, audits, asset control, and waste management aiming at operational efficiency and continuous improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a relevant degree qualification.
• Progressing towards chartership with a recognized professional institution and committed to continuous professional growth.
• Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, with proven measurable results and promotion of best practices.
• Strong communication and analytical skills enabling effective engagement, influence, and trustworthy stakeholder relationships.
• Hold necessary visa eligibility for Saudi Arabia and have pertinent experience on large, high-value projects or programmes within project management consultancy environments, essential for immigration and client approval.
