ASEAN Presales Manager - Hybrid Cloud

Overview

We seek a seasoned Presales Manager specializing in Hybrid Cloud solutions to collaborate closely with sales teams and clients, understanding their business requirements, devising cloud transformation plans, and delivering innovative solutions spanning private and public cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to capture business and technical needs.
• Architect comprehensive Hybrid Cloud solutions including migration strategies.
• Lead technical workshops, conduct architecture assessments, and facilitate customer discussions.
• Develop responses for RFx, RFPs, and proposals.
• Support sales teams during client presentations and assist in positioning solutions.
• Advise on cloud sizing, architectural best practices, and cost optimization measures.
• Create cloud-native and contemporary application solutions.
• Present solutions to senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Prepare detailed documentation including solution briefs, Statements of Work, and business cases.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Management qualifications are advantageous.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud are essential.
• Over 10 years of experience with cloud transformation, migration, solution design, and cost estimation.
• A total IT experience ranging between 12 to 20 years.
• In-depth expertise in Hybrid Cloud environments combining public and private clouds.
• Demonstrated success in selling or designing extensive cloud transformation initiatives.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capability to translate complex business challenges into viable technical solutions.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A deep passion for technology advancements, innovation, and delivering client value.

Technical Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, VMware technologies, and Hybrid Cloud platforms.
• Experience in cloud migration, application modernization, and infrastructure transformation.
• Expertise in network architecture, security frameworks, identity management, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack, and Nutanix.
• Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, and RPA.
• Understanding of containerization, microservices, serverless computing, databases, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Capability to architect secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments.
• Proven skills in estimation, solution design, and architecture documentation.
