Role Overview

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing construction project planning, optimizing logistics, ensuring quality control, and increasing operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

Key Duties

• Build and train machine learning and deep learning models.
• Integrate AI modules into existing applications and software systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operational staff to convert business needs into technological solutions.
• Perform data collection, preprocessing, experimentation, and evaluation of AI models.
• Implement pattern recognition and NLP tools such as text analytics and chatbots.
• Develop user-facing dashboards or APIs for streamlined access to AI insights.
• Monitor AI model effectiveness, maintain documentation, and ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Iteratively improve AI solutions leveraging feedback and emerging technologies.
• Participate in cross-disciplinary meetings and contribute to organization-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, databases, and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with pattern recognition and neural networks for tasks such as classification, prediction, and anomaly detection using real data.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java, including experience with APIs, version control systems, and software testing.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing techniques for text analysis, document processing, or chatbot creation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, along with knowledge of data pipeline construction.
• An ability to work effectively on-site in Dubai, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and conveying complex ideas clearly.
