Role Overview
The Machine Learning Architect will serve as a vital link between strategic objectives and tactical implementation. This position involves designing and delivering advanced AI and ML systems that integrate seamlessly into client environments, tackling complex business problems with modern, scalable solutions including generative AI, agentic workflow automation, and machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI/ML solutions from concept to production, including large language model (LLM) driven applications and agentic workflows.
- Develop and deploy robust machine and deep learning models utilizing tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, and Scikit-learn.
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary product and engineering teams to convert intricate business requirements into functional AI applications.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven experience designing and launching scalable AI and machine learning production systems.
- Strong expertise in neural networks, modern generative AI techniques, and emerging agentic methodologies.
- Hands-on proficiency with machine learning frameworks and data engineering platforms, inclusive of LLM applications, retrieval methods, and AI-driven workflow design.
- Outstanding client engagement skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate AI readiness discussions with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to transform ambiguous challenges into scalable and elegant AI architectures.
- Adaptability to work across varied industries, project types, and fast-paced environments.
