Role Overview
We are looking for a Generative AI Consultant who will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions targeting diverse business needs. The role demands strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI models, and a passion for developing practical AI applications that offer measurable business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and implementation of generative AI models for various challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Drive scalable, robust AI solution deployment using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
- Stay current with generative AI advancements, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend improvements.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to showcase AI solution feasibility.
- Optimize models to enhance performance ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Set up AI governance, ethical standards, and validation protocols for responsible AI usage.
- Conduct internal training sessions, workshops, and create documentation to boost AI knowledge among teams.
- Communicate technical concepts, project progress, and strategic advice to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI, computer science, data science, engineering, or related disciplines with over six years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI models such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and similar AI workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI for designing autonomous AI agents to perform complex decision-making and workflows.
- Practical exposure to LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or GCP and deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in deep learning areas like natural language processing, computer vision, multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex AI-related challenges.
- Competence in evaluating AI model impacts on business performance.
- Ability to convert business requirements into effective AI solutions.

- Effective verbal and written communication to articulate AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Skill in simplifying complex AI topics into understandable frameworks and presentations.
- Experience collaborating within virtual, multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various offices for client and internal team engagements.
