Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position Overview

This role involves designing and implementing advanced AI systems using autonomous agents with capabilities for planning, reasoning, memory, and tool invocation. The engineer will focus on constructing and enhancing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows leveraging vector databases and organizational knowledge bases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions that employ autonomous agent techniques enabling complex decision-making and execution.
• Engineer and fine-tune RAG architectures utilizing vector database technology and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Build AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate large language models including Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, or Gemini into business operations.
• Create and manage scalable APIs and microservices coded in Python to support AI functionalities.
• Apply prompt design, carry out model assessments, and set up observability and monitoring systems for AI implementations.
• Deploy and oversee AI solutions on Microsoft Azure platforms including Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, AI Search, and Azure Functions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to translate organizational needs into AI-driven tools.
• Ensure all AI deployments adhere to security protocols, governance policies, and principles of Responsible AI.
