About the Role
A leading Architectural firm in Ireland, recognized for high-quality projects across commercial, residential, mission critical, and hospitality sectors, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their Data Centre team in Dublin. This role involves managing projects at every phase from concept to completion, particularly within the Data Centre and Mission Critical domain.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Demonstrate robust experience in architectural technology, specializing in Data Centre projects.
- Handle projects compliant with ISO19650 standards, ensuring robust quality control.
- Manage project tasks efficiently to meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Utilize Revit software proficiently for architectural deliverables.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of Irish building regulations throughout project development.
- Engage actively from initial project inception through on-site delivery stages.
- Communicate project information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit self-motivation and an eagerness to learn, adopting a proactive and positive approach.
- Hold a relevant degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Possess at least two years of industry experience, with Data Centre experience considered a significant advantage.
