Role Overview

The role is for an Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience to join the Limerick office. The successful candidate will be involved in various project phases from feasibility and early design to detailed design, construction, and delivery. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating design documentation using Revit, supporting statutory submissions, coordinating with consultants, preparing tender documents, and conducting site inspections.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice
• Experience in both design and technical stages of projects
• Advantageous to have experience with residential and/or mixed-use developments
• Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and statutory requirements
• Strong skills in Revit software
• Proficient in producing detailed design and technical documentation
• Capable of coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Excellent design capability with keen attention to detail
• Experience with site and construction phases is beneficial
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proactive, practical problem solver
