We are actively seeking a motivated Architectural Technologist to join our Data Centers team. This role involves working with a dedicated group passionate about producing exceptional results through collaboration and continuous learning. Our target team member is enthusiastic and eager to take on increasingly responsible roles across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all stages of project lifecycles from inception through completion.
- Develop practical and technical design solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Convert concepts and technical information into clear visual representations.
- Engage in creating detailed construction documentation and developing solutions that can be implemented effectively.
- Assist in contract administration duties during project execution.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various consulting teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
- More than 4 years of industry experience, preferably in data centers, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of other 3D modeling tools is desirable.
- Experienced in preparing design documentation at all project phases including construction administration and consultant coordination.
- Strong organizational and master planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate in diverse teams and liaise with clients.
- A strong interest in working on Data Center projects is crucial.
