We are actively seeking a motivated Architectural Technologist to join our Data Centers team. This role involves working with a dedicated group passionate about producing exceptional results through collaboration and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities

• Support all stages of project lifecycles from inception through completion.
• Develop practical and technical design solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Convert concepts and technical information into clear visual representations.
• Engage in creating detailed construction documentation and developing solutions that can be implemented effectively.
• Assist in contract administration duties during project execution.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various consulting teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
• More than 4 years of industry experience, preferably in data centers, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of other 3D modeling tools is desirable.
• Experienced in preparing design documentation at all project phases including construction administration and consultant coordination.
• Strong organizational and master planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate in diverse teams and liaise with clients.
• A strong interest in working on Data Center projects is crucial.
